Payment:
Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or 50% upfront and 50% before I will send the high-resolution file. The Payment will be via Paypal Invoice in EUR. Please keep in mind that the first invoice must be fully paid before I start working on your Commission. Refunds:
If I should be unable to do your Commission, you will receive a full refund. Otherwise, no refunds will be given whatsoever.Time:
Commissions might take me several days to weeks depending on my schedule. Please let me know if you need your Commission on a certain date! Progress:
While I am working on your Commission you will receive progress images of the sketch, the outlines and colour concept. Each time I offer free changes and adjustments.Terms of use:

Waitlist
My strict schedule only allows me to work on one Commission at a time. Therefore, I've decided to open a Waitlist that will operate after the first come, first served principle. Being on my waitlist makes you my priority. However, please keep in mind that it could still take me several weeks if not months until I get to your Commission.
